Ya though you don't have any problem, you should use glasses while using glasses. Because it will help you to avoid direct contact to your eyes. If you need some information about type of glasses you can visit www.sihtoptical.com

Computer glasses after LASIK
« Reply #1 on: July 18, 2011, 09:29:23 AM »
Q: I've had LASIK surgery 2 years ago which went extremely well. I was corrected from a -9.00 to 20/15.  I spend between 6-10 hours a day in front of a computer and I was wondering if lenses to reduce the glare from the screen would help my eyes feel less tired.  (I'm 26)  Also, do I need an eye exam for those since I won't need a prescription?
A: Assuming that your eyes are plano (no prescription) there would be no reason to wear glasses at your age. If they are somewhat over corrected (farsighted), it would be possible that computer glasses would help. It is possible to see 20/15 and still be farsighted at age 26. The only way to tell would be a visit to the eye doctor.
