Last week I began having vision problems, mostly when looking at computer screens, that resulted in blurred vision and difficulty reading smaller print, as well as minor headaches.

Went to see the doctor and found out I have astigmatism and near sightedness. Got a script and glasses are on the way for occasional use. Since then my vision has seemed to get a little better, almost as quickly as the sudden onset of it getting bad in the first place.

Is it normal with my two issues to have some fluctuation in eyesight? Makes me have second thoughts about getting the glasses in the first place, but even as I write this my eyes are straining slightly, just not like they were this past week.
thanks y post.y post so helpful
The loss of vision-wellness happens after some time. You don't get to be partially blind, farsighted, or create astigmatism overnight. A sharp, formatively intrigued optometrist can screen the phases of vision-wellness misfortune. What's more, in the same path, as you redevelop wellness in you're seeing, the progressions can be measured physically in the eye.

I would recommend using the 20/20/20 rule and see if that helps you.   After using the computer or handheld device for 20 minutes, look away for at least 20 seconds at a distance greater than 20 feet away.

you may just simply be using the computer for too long a time.... your eyes need their rest.  ;)
